At Stylowa XL, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred courier to send the package back to our warehouse address located on the return form.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
